ETHAN FINKELSTEIN’S MITZVAH PROJECT

PLEASE HELP US SUPPORT THIS CAUSE THAT IS SO IMPORTANT TO OUR FAMILY

Help us raise important funds to further this important mission to change outcomes for children diagnosed with brain tumors

To our  friends and family,

As many of you know Jordana had a rare brain tumor that was found incidentally. Our path led us to an extraordinary doctor, Mark Souweidane at Weill Cornell Medicine, along with his dedicated team.

It’s been one year since Jordana’s brain surgery and we are grateful and blessed. She is healthy and thriving. Her surgery was two days after Ethan’s 12th birthday, so every September has double meaning for our family. This year, Ethan wanted to give back as part of his mitzvah project and to show compassion for others who may or may not be as fortunate as his sister, Jordana. The Children’s Brain Tumor Project hosts fundraising efforts that support pediatric brain tumor research at Weill Cornell that is very meaningful and important to us. Awareness, funding, and research for rare and inoperable brain tumors is desperately needed. Important information about the inspiration behind this project can be found throughout this site. We are hoping with your assistance and generosity this important initiative will continue to gain awareness.

This nonprofit initiative was founded and runs exclusively by families who were directly affected by a pediatric brain tumor diagnosis, and united by tragedy. Please know every dollar is greatly appreciated. You can donate in honor of Jordana by using the form below. You can choose the option to make an offline donation, for instructions on how to mail in a donation, as well.

We are grateful to all of you! Please feel free to pass along this link.

Much love,

Melissa, Marc, Arielle, Jordana, and Ethan
