Partner, Fragomen Del Rey Bernsen & Loewy
With more than two decades of dedicated immigration law experience, Tina helps clients strategize their immigration policies and programs with a global perspective. Her experience includes all aspects of immigrant and nonimmigrant strategy and preparation, with a focus on corporate compliance.
She represents large multinational technology consulting companies, financial services companies, healthcare companies and athletic teams. Though she is deeply entrenched in her clients’ strategic goals, Tina is invested in their day-to-day activities and what makes their businesses tick. To that end, she is dedicated to ensuring they always feel heard and listened to—clients appreciate not only her responsiveness, but also her willingness to be agile: she frequently brings in colleagues with other focus areas to draw on their knowledge and help achieve the best, well-rounded results for her clients.
Tina’s belief in breaking down silos also runs deep within her internal team—she always ensures teaching, development and collaboration are at the forefront of her practice. Using this approach allows her and her colleagues to find creative solutions for clients through transparent communication and teamwork.
Tina is a member of Fragomen’s New York Office Management Committee.
She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Brain Tumor Project after her son, Enzo, was treated for a brain tumor, and she is an active participant and mentor in Lehigh University’s Martindale Center for the Study of Private Enterprise.
